Hello and welcome to my blog. This blog is considered my haven when everything...

Trip Good Evening everyone, Hurrah the end of semester has come!.. well nearly, finished my last exam today and only have to hand in my titans and transformation portfolio on friday which is already done and dusted. The long awaited 4 months university break will finally begin, these past two semesters sure has been very hectic much to my dismay. Anyway like last year Im glad to say that I have again the chance to go on a traveling adventure for the upcoming holiday! I’m a planner, much to the annoyance of some of my friends and family, the “go with the flow” mantra never sat well with me. By saying that, I made sure when I came back from my last trip sometime last February that a future end of the year was possible, and it happened!

Here’s my Itinerary:

  • Singapore: 8 nov – 12 nov
  • Japan 13 nov to 8 dec
  • London 8 dec -

First off, I’ll be stopping over to Singapore, staying there for five days indulging myself on the food but also spend time with my dad before my escapade to the Land of the Rising sun. Not to forget that I’ll be also attending yet again this years 2012 Anime Festival Asia! Looking very much forward to that. The guest line up looks amazing and the whole event seems twice the fun compared to last year. Im on a tight budget so im only going to be attending the Sunday concert which consists of Sphere. I saw that Danny Choo will be organizing his usual Culture Japan gathering the following monday between 3:30pm to 8:30pm so will try and attend that too, its a great time to meet fellow comrades and also make new ones.

Right after the gathering, ill head off to the airport and catch my 1am flight to Japan landing at Fukuoka where ill be backpacking across the country for the next 3 weeks making my way up to Tokyo. Compared to last years trip i want to focus and learn more on other cities, Japan is a place full of history which I find it fascinating and each city/place has its own uniqueness or distinct culture in a way. Ive gotten my 21 days rail pass, the accommodations is booked and all that is left is the final preparations such as gathering train timetable and touching up my itinerary. Obviously looking forward to that and I hope the weather will be on my side!

Once my escapade in Japan in over, ill take my next flight in destination London! this trip is kind of a must since my parents are there so it will probably be my base for the next couple of months until I return back to Australia unless we decide on a side trip to another country in Europe, you never know. Like last year will be enjoying the English life and spend as much time with my parents while relaxing and probably visiting a few places here and there.

If any fellow comrades want to meet up, that would be really fun! Im so excited, Ive already taken out my suitcase!

A Bientot!
